many key components of your new home. We also include a safety review of
the property for your family.

discuss any areas that may not have been appropriate to discuss with others
present.
Inspections are normally scheduled during daylight hours Monday through
Saturday. Sundays are scheduled on a very limited basis. Please allow
approximately 3 hours for your inspection. If this is your first home or the
property is over 2,000 square feet, the process may take more time. We do not
overbook our inspectors (2 inspections per day) so the inspector can comfortably stay
with you until all of your questions are answered. You will also receive your
inspectors cell phone number so you can contact him with any question that may
arise after the inspection.
